Your money,
together.
Tandem turns the family finance spreadsheet into a shared app. Both partners see one editable plan for every month and year ahead (income, bills, funds, credit and goals), and every change updates the whole household's future.

Most families plan their money in a spreadsheet only one person understands.
The workbook works until it doesn't. Tandem began as one of those workbooks, used to run a real household, and was rebuilt as an app when the spreadsheet stopped being enough.
One keeper, one copy
One partner maintains the file. The other sees a snapshot, asks questions, and can't safely change anything.
Plans and actuals blur
Budgets, real spending and "what if" experiments end up in the same cells. One test edit quietly breaks next year's numbers.
Big goals feel like guesses
Umrah, a new car, a child's school fees: it's hard to see whether a goal fits without reworking dozens of formulas.
Keep the worksheet you trust. Add everything it was missing.
Bring your workbook
Upload your existing Excel plan, preview the import, and map each partner to their own account. Cell comments become searchable notes, and the source file is never changed.
Plan together
Months and years are columns; plans are editable cells. Edit a salary, bill or goal and every total and fund balance recalculates. Each partner signs in separately.
Decide with what-ifs
Try a raise, an earlier goal or a new installment in a separate simulation case. Simulations never touch actual records.
Moving the trip earlier costs IDR 10.7m in growth by end of 2028.
Everything a household plan needs, in one place.
Editable projection
A multi-year worksheet with editable plan cells, paste from spreadsheets, and undo. Opening balances and totals stay read-only.
Funds and saved assets
Savings, investment and pension holdings by fund. Top-ups, withdrawals and transfers keep balances straight.
Credit and installments
What's still owed on every installment plan, separate from admin fees, and when each one ends.
Monthly matching
On the first of each month, match real balances to the plan. Tandem records the correction and keeps a monthly snapshot.
Alerts
Opt-in push notifications for unusual spending, based only on recorded expenses.
Works on any phone
An installable web app for phone and desktop. Each partner has separate spending limits; the rest of the plan is shared.
Built around how Indonesian households are paid and save.
Most budgeting apps are designed around other countries' pay cycles and currencies. Tandem is modeled on a real Indonesian family plan.

A family's finances deserve more than a shared spreadsheet link.
Tandem holds sensitive data, so the basics are built in from day one rather than added later.
Next: Claude-powered planning.
Tandem is built with Claude Code. The next release adds three features powered by Claude, each working only on the household's own data.
Import anything
Turn messy bank statements and spreadsheet exports into clean, categorized records, with every guess shown for review before it's saved.
Ask your plan
Ask about your plan in plain language and get answers calculated from your own projections and records. Tandem shows the numbers; the decision stays with you.
Explain my spending
When a month looks unusual, Tandem explains what changed and which expenses drove it, in plain language.
Principle: Claude explains your own numbers and doesn't give financial advice. Nothing Claude produces changes the plan or actual records until a person reviews and confirms it.

Questions
Who is Tandem for?
Couples and families who plan their money together, especially households that already keep a planning spreadsheet and want both partners to use it.
Do I have to start from scratch?
No. You can import an existing Excel workbook, preview it, and confirm. Your notes come along, and the original file is left untouched.
Does Tandem connect to my bank?
Not today. Balances and transactions are entered or imported by the household. The planned "Import anything" feature will read bank statement exports that you upload yourself.
Who can see our data?
Only the accounts in your household. Tandem doesn't show ads or sell data. See the privacy policy for details.
How do I get access?
Tandem is in private beta. Email revino@revinoba.cc and tell us a little about how your household plans today.
