This policy explains how Revinoba handles information on this website (revinoba.cc) and in our products: Command Center, a work hub for managers, and Tandem, a household finance app. Questions go to revino@revinoba.cc.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Its fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply.

What Command Center stores

• Account details: name, email address and a hashed password.
• Work data you or your connected assistants enter: tasks, projects, people, notes, decisions and the links between them.
• Connection records: the assistants you approve (OAuth clients and tokens), personal tokens you create, and a timeline showing who changed each item.

Notes about other people, such as 1:1 records, are entered by you. Please record only what you need to manage your work.

Connected AI assistants

When you connect Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant to Command Center, that assistant can read and change the data you allow it to, and what it reads is processed by that assistant's provider under their own terms. You can disconnect an assistant at any time.

What Tandem stores

• Account details: name, email address and a hashed password (we never store the password itself).
• Household finance data you enter or import: plans, income, expenses, fund balances, installments, notes and workbook imports.
• Security records: login sessions and an audit log of changes.
• If you turn on alerts, a push-notification subscription for your device.

How we use it

Only to run our products for you: for Command Center, showing your work and answering your assistants' requests; for Tandem, running it for your household: showing your plan, calculating projections, sending alerts you asked for, and keeping the service secure. We do not sell household data, show ads, or use it to build marketing profiles.

Who can see it

In Command Center, only you and the assistants you connect. In Tandem, only the accounts in your household, and import and export are limited to the household owner. Both products run on servers operated by Revinoba, and traffic passes through Cloudflare, which provides our network and security services.

Tandem AI features

Tandem's planned AI features will use Anthropic's Claude to process the data needed for a request, such as an uploaded statement or a planning question. We will update this policy before those features launch, and they will only run when a household member uses them.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while the account is active. Backups are rotated: Command Center keeps encrypted nightly backups, and Tandem keeps its 14 most recent compressed snapshots. Tandem's household owner can export all data at any time. To delete an account and its data, email us and we will confirm once it's done.

Security

Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Tandem uses Argon2, secure HttpOnly cookies, CSRF protection and login rate limiting, and never caches financial data on your device. Command Center uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE for connected assistants.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and tell active users before the change takes effect.
